Local pain under the clavicle, sometimes radiating to the biceps and radial forearm.
Palpation & testing
Palpate the muscle belly along its accessible course. Reproduction of the patient's familiar pain on palpation supports involvement.

Repetitive shoulder use, carrying heavy bags, post-fracture compensation.
